ENTRIES ARE NOW CLOSED FOR THE 2023 EVENT.

  1. Entries must be homemade
  2. To classify as a sauce, it must be smooth
  3. Each entry must be given a name, and a rating of mild, medium, hot or nuclear
  4. Names and ratings can be changed later.
  5. No entries for products that are commercially on sale. This is an amateur competition only
  6. Contestants cannot submit the same entry as a previous year
  7. All entries must be 100% vegetarian
  8. Bring AT LEAST 500ml on the day. Entries will be decanted into serving bowls for the public to taste
