I have read the rules below


  1. Entries must be homemade
  2. A “chilli sauce” must be smooth and pourable. If it has lumps/chunks it can go in the chutney category
  3. Entry must be given a name, and a rating of mild, medium, hot or nuclear
  4. No entries for products that are commercially on sale. This is an amateur competition only
  5. Contestants cannot submit the same entry as a previous year
  6. All entries must be 100% vegetarian
  7. Bring approximately 500ml on the day. Entries will be decanted into serving bowls for the public to taste
  8. Entry cost is £5. You will be sent a payment link after submitting the form
